PENNY HARPER

Penny has been an owner of East Town Travel and actively involved in the industry for over 40 years. As such, she has traveled extensively. Penny also has seen many changes in the travel industry during that time. One of those innovations is the use of the internet, not only by travel professionals, but also by our clients. With her variety of travel experience and her sincere desire to help, her clients have the best experience they can. Penny looks forward to working with you, whether in person, over the phone or via the internet. JON HARPER
Partner with wife Penny and the Director of Marketing. Although an original investor and board member, Jon did not actively join the agency until 1985. Using his career experience within the marketing, retailing, distribution and manufacturing fields, he added a Group Travel Department. It was a perfect fit. By that time, East Town Travel had established itself as one of Wisconsin's leading luxury travel agencies. For the expansion, they moved to larger quarters where he quickly expanded their agent team of experienced travel specialists. The agency began to provide complete group travel services for family reunions, fund raising trips for organizations, corporate board meetings, incentive programs and affinity leisure groups.
In addition to hosting and escorting groups, Jon and Penny have traveled and cruised the world extensively. Each has many favorite vacation destinations. However, when asked, Jon will admit that his favorite place to return to will always be Ireland. He strongly believes that the Emerald Isle offers the perfect vacation combination; extraordinary natural beauty, great sites and activities, plus a down to earth, fun loving population who especially love to share their country with Americans.
Jon has been very active with the American Society of Travel Agents and now serves on the National Marketing and Luxury Travel Committee of the Ensemble Travel Consortia.

Mexico Travel Specialist - Las Vegas Travel Specialist
Ann has been in travel industry for over 30 years and with East Town Travel since 1989. She is always on the lookout for the best travel value for her clients. She has worked with corporate clients as well as leisure travelers. Her favorite destination is Mexico and has been there over 25 times exploring the various areas. She also enjoys Las Vegas and knows it very well. Ann loves being home working in her yard. She also is an avid Packer fan.
KELLEY MC INTOSH
Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)
Kelley began her travel career in1978 and has been with East Town Travel since 2003. She has lived in the Bahamas, Florida, Canada, England and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has traveled extensively. She continues to pursue her interests of art, history and world affairs. She also is an avid sailor. Kelley is a “seller of dreams” and she is eager to help her clients experience their dreams and so much more.
MARY LEE RYAN
Riviera Maya Specialist
Mary Lee has been in the travel business for 27 years handling corporate travel as well as helping clients with their leisure travel. Much of that time was spent in Chicago a city that she loves. Mary Lee loves to travel internationally and her interests include art and history. She has traveled to China and Hong Kong, Egypt, Kenya, Morocco. Her favorite destinations include Malta, France and Colonial Mexico. She enjoys helping her clients experience new destinations.
MIKE WEISER
Mike is East Town Travel's Theatre Specialist & Group Planner. Mike has broad travel experience and an enduring love of the theatre. Born in Eau Claire, he began his industry experience as a hotel space buyer for group travelers. Mike has been in the tour business for 30 plus years. Before coming to East Town, he was a group co-ordinator for a large coach tour operator. He continues to function in that capacity with East Town where he has full responsibility for designing and marketing over one hundred theatre and art museum trips annually. His favorite location? No question. "Thailand" he says. "I've been there many times. I love it. I love the people and the culture." Where would he take a dream vacation? The Greek Islands and Turkey because, for him, the history and culture of the Mediterranean is utterly fascinating. And the beauty of the area is unsurpassed, in his opinion. He is looking forward to retiring someday and moving to Thailand.
PATTI KONDRAT
Patti has been with East Town Travel since 1989. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a degree in math education. She later went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling. Patti is the person who keeps East Town Travel running smoothly doing everything from accounting to office supplies. She loves to travel and is an avid University of Wisconsin Badgers fan. Hawaii is one of Patti’s favorite destinations.
